Berry Protein Porridge

Your berry start to the day! This protein-rich & delicious porridge is the perfect breakfast for all berry lovers!


  • 50g oatmeal
  • 150g milk
  • 2 tbsp HANS berry protein mix
  • 1 tbsp honey/agave syrup
  • 150g mixed berries
  • 1 teaspoon peeled hemp seeds


1) Put the oat flakes with milk in a saucepan, bring to the boil briefly and leave to swell for approx. 3 minutes while stirring.
2) Add the protein powder, berries and honey, mix well and place in a bowl.
3) Prepare berries of your choice and cut into small pieces, arrange on the porridge and serve garnished with peeled hemp seeds.
