Berry Protein Porridge

With this very berry porridge, your day is off to a good start! Fruity and rich in protein, it is a perfect breakfast for all berry lovers!


  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 150 ml (vegan) milk
  • 2 tbsp. HANS Berry Protein Mix
  • 1 tbsp. honey/agave syrup
  • 150 g mixed berries
  • 1 tsp. shelled hemp seeds


1) Place oats and milk in a pot, bring to a boil and cook until thick and creamy for about three minutes, stirring constantly.
2) Add HANS Berry Protein Mix and honey, stir well and pour the porridge into a bowl.
3) Top with berries and shelled hemp seeds.
