Hemp Protein Bread
This is the bread with the best nutritional value you’ve ever seen! Our hemp protein bread is not just tasty - it also contains heaps of vitamins, minerals, and protein!
- 75 g HANS Hemp Protein
- 425 g whole-grain spelt flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 450 ml lukewarm water
- 8 g dry yeast
- 100 g shelled hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Mix water and yeast in a bowl. Let sit for a few minutes, then add HANS Hemp Protein, flour,
hemp seeds, apple cider vinegar and salt and knead until a uniform dough forms. Transfer your dough to a greased loaf pan and bake at 200 °C for about 60 minutes.
Let the bread cool for at least an hour, then carefully remove it from the pan and enjoy!
