Power Breakfast Bowl

Our breakfast bowl includes everything you need to kickstart your morning routine and give you a long-lasting energy boost!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. HANS Power Protein Mix
  • 1 HANS bar
  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • A hint of ginger
  • 200 ml water
  • honey
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Method

Place oats, seeds, ginger slices, and water into a pot and bring to a boil, then stir in HANS Power Protein Mix.
Add honey and cinnamon to taste and top with fresh fruit and a diced HANS bar.
